Exchange and Return Policy

If damage occurs to your product along the way and arrives at your destination under non-presentable conditions, the site offers the option of exchange or return.

It is possible to comply with such options, when:

• The user submits a copy of the receipt with the order number.

• If possible, photograph of the damaged product with a descriptive text.

• In case of return, the money will be refunded only after arrival of product at our address.
